I love this store. It's got everything! I get my feed here and just about everything. The cashiers and people here are always friendly and welcoming.

The people there are very knowledgeable about all there products. They are very helpfull. Especially Chandra the store manager. She is top notch! !!!!!!!
The cashiers are nice but the manager owner is an ass. Says one thing and does another. Says he didn't say what he said and thinks he's above human kind. Can't understand why people are like that. Very rude. Why have a business if you push people away? And why talk crap about your employees to your customers? I don't want to hear that.
My husband bought dog food and 5 days later i opened the bag and it smelled so bad! Very stale! We couldn't find the receipt but thought we could just exchange it for another bag but no they would not exchange without a receipt! It was going to be an even exchange! Well we went home and looked again for the receipt and we found it!! My husband took it back and got a refund! We will never go there again!!
Every time I am in there. They go above and beyond to help me. The management is top notch!!
Great prices on dog food and nice people. Also a good place to refill propane.
I called in to see if they had eye medication for cats. The first time I called no one answered. They dont even have a voicemail set up! I gave them the benefit of the doubt and called again. A lady answered the phone. I asked her if she had the eye medication and she went to look for it. She told me she was out. This is after I called six different Pet Clubs! I hung up the phone. Two minutes later she called me back to tell me that they had the product. The employees at every Pet Club Ive ever shopped at have no idea what products they have in the store. The can barely answer my questions about products that they carry. These stores never have any sales, no coupons, call in for a dog wash station and you end up calling four different places to find out that they DONT EVEN HAVE ANY! I have officially taken my business to Tractor Supply Company.
