We are absolutely delighted with our experience at Pet Suites. We recently adopted a 5 year old Havanese from the animal shelter. Willow had been severely abused and is very scared and not trusting of anyone. He was treated with kindness and love by those at Pet Suites and we couldn't be happier with the grooming he received. Pet Suites is the absolute best Kennel in New Mexico. Mickey and Barie are the most loving, caring, experienced and professional people. They take care of dogs like they are their own family. I would trust y kids to their care anytime. You can not find a better kennel experience for your pet than Pet Suites!
After picking my dog up from them I realized my dog couldn’t keep her left eye open. When we took a closer look her bottom left eyelid was split in half and she had blood in her eye. Since we only went from Pet Suits and back to our house, it was obvious this couldn’t have happened anywhere else. When we called Pet Suits about my dogs eye they gave little to no concern and tried to blame it on the dog just scratching her eye. They even told us to put peroxide in her EYE saying that that would help. They never apologized nor did they even care to do anything to help the situation. I even reached out to the manager and she, before I could even explain the whole thing to her, said that I was making this up. Well here’s the pictures to prove it.
Please for the sake of your pet DO NOT GO HERE. My 5 year old chihuahua “Daisy” died in Pet Suits hands. We aren’t clear on what happened there was two excuses that DIDNT MAKE SENSE which CLEARLY seems sketchy. First my dog had a “heart attack” after they were cutting her nails, which made no sense since we’ve came here before a couple of times and had no problem ! Then the second excuse was Daisy died when we dropped her off to get her groomed and she was no where through the salon’s door. I don’t know if there was unprofessional workers there with no education that killed my poor dog or they were abusing my dog to the point where she could not live anymore but I want to warn others so they don’t have to go through the same pain I went through. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE. That company is LUCKY I didn’t sue or press for animal cruelty.
