The associates are always very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the shelves are usually depleted. It smelled like cat urine in there tonight..I have 3 cat's & the litter box room smells better than this store....I had a N95 mask on too. Oh well. Love the amazing customer service!!!

The store is clean and staff are friendly and helpful. The store has a wide variety of pet necessities an treats/toys.
The female with the short hair cut (I believe her name is Krys) was so unhelpful and rude. I gave her a smile and a \have a nice day\ because she was obviously not in a good mood. Maybe a few extra breaks and the ability to go to lunch on time would help (as this was her complaint). OTOH, the store was nice and clean.
Hinami and I are so happy to be apart of the petco family. My bunny deserves only the best and they provide her with top quality items from bedding to snacks
Very bad treatment and service and the lady not look like a professional groomers!!! I have taken my 2 puppy's to the groomers here and suddenly they say they won’t groom them because both are too scared and skiddish. My puppy's doesn’t bite. It was the worst experience of my life, what do they expect every puppy's to enjoy going to the groomers? I feel as if almost every puppy's gets scared going to the groomers/vet! HORRIBLE! Never ever go at this location again
