First of all this place is so unprofessional starting by the workers it seem like their new to this type of work they are terrible at grooming. First and very last time I’ll be taking my pet my dog was shaved Almost bald and was I was over charged. My dog came home very scared and not acting normal. These ppl are so bad I’m never taking them back the supervisor was unprofessional as well didn’t care at all. These people shouldn’t be working with pets.

I've shopped here before, but never review them; Large store, clean, most products are in stock. The service is great, friendly & knowledgeable. This little guy just got his forever home
The only reason my visit is getting a 3 star instead of no stars is because of the associate (the only one with a name tag on) Yasmeen. She was super helpful and very attentive. There were two associate sitting at the grooming table right by the entrance who thought their conversation was more important than speaking to entering customers. This experience just reminded me why i don’t frequent this Petco. Those two associates in grooming did not make us feel welcomed or helped at all!
Everyone's very polite & nice. I find all my furry babies needs in one store. Love watching the fish!!!
This is the worst Petco I have ever been in. I’m not sure if they are understaffed or everyone takes a break at the same time because the staff is hard to find. When you check out you have to wait for the groomers to call someone to ring you up. I understand that the groomers have dogs to attend to but when you ask them to page someone for you or have a question about a product they give you attitude. The shelves are dusty and they have expired products. The first time I found expired dog food on the shelves I bought it to manger Monica’s attention. This last time I went in which was in November I found a whole tray of expired dog food which had expired in March/ April. Almost a year old expired. This is unacceptable! I personally have stop going to this location but if you do shop here make sure to check the expiration date on the products.
As a breeder and trainer it's very important to have a good relationship with your local pet supply stores. I'm strategically located near a number of pet stores that I can choose to do business with. They include Wet nose, PetSmart, Petco, and also our local grocery stores. My Preferred Choice over the last few years has been Petco. Primarily because of managers like Monica making the shopping experience extremely pleasant. It's because of this excellent service that I also send my clients into the Hillside Petco opposed to the others. This particular store has some of the best customer service that I've ever received, and that's saying alot coming from someone who has a corporate background in customer service.
Brought my cat Elton here to get his nails trimmed for the first time and Beth was amazing! She was very gentle with him and got the job done quickly. I definitely will be bringing Elton back!
Love that it's so big and has a great selection! -1 because there were 4 employees on the floor and only one on register. She called for backup about 4 times while we were in line and she was helping a customer. Overall, great Petco!
