Yes, I'm taking time out to comment on my experience with Dahle (in general) and an employee, Evan C. (specifically). Not because as an isolationist I have a lot of free time; being a writer who works from home, I need 27 hours a day to meet deadlines, so, no free time for me. My commenting was inspired by genuine GRATITUDE! While companies are facing the challenge of operating smoothly, we've all experienced endless phone waits, spotty deliveries, etc. I get it! That said, dealing with Dahle was AMAZING! I called twice, got a human being immediately and was redirected to Evan both times (the second time, a month later, Evan remembered me!) He was personable, upbeat, and represented the company with class. He listened to me carefully and saw to my needs. His sincerely apologizing for a minor mix-up, was unnecessary; I knew I was, as I'm sure anyone will be, in good hands doing business with Dahle - that is if Evan C. is indicative of the other employees. The best compliment I can think of is, I've only been this impressed dealing with a large company when I've had to solve a technical issues with Apple. It doesn't get better than that, folks.

Wow, where to begin?! The customer service here is top notch! They are amazing and will work to be sure that your problem is resolved. Great company and personnel.
