Great place great customer service. The bucket truck we purchased has been great with no problems. Any time I had a question they were right there to answer it even weeks later when I called. We bought a bucket truck from them last November. At first I was happy and dealing with Ginger and the delivery was fine. I looked at the 4.5 star rating and just thought everyone else was nuts. But after receiving it and having Altec do a PM inspection they found over 31,000 in repairs that were needed to the boom. They also red tagged the boom which means we can’t use it until we do the repairs. Then a week later. The water pump goes out. Then a month later the transmission and clutch went out. We bought the truck for 35,000 and will have over 35,000 in repairs once it’s all over with. I then contacted Ginger about why they sold us a truck that the boom was red tagged and that went about as far as I thought it would. My suggestion if you want to buy from them, GET EVERYTHING INSPECTED! OR INSIST ON AN INSPECTION BEFORE BUYING. Good luck In the future to any who buy from them
