They didn't show up! I ordered bounce house, cornhole, connect4 game, cash cube and tables & chairs for a neighborhood party well in advance. They sent me an invoice. We emailed the night before the event to confirm. No show! Very disappointed children & guests had NO WHERE to sit in the heat. They ruined the event I had planned for a month. Made me look bad to the entire neighborhood. No response to calls or emails.

Party Rental of Texas was great to work with. I picked up my order and was able to return the same day after usage. They were very accommodating, and although I was a little nervous because the only contact was through emails, and as an older adult (not sure) of the process. I will definitely use them again, the young man who assisted was the best. Thanks for the great service.

09.29.17 They’re not worth the one star, but that isn’t an option. HORRIBLE SERVICE! Do not go with these people. I would have rather paid extra money to make sure my table and chairs were delivered to my wedding on time! They showed up an hour and 15 minutes which mind you the whole rest of the day we were an hour behind for my WEDDING!!! and they didn’t bring me the right margarita mix and pick up was at 9pm and we had to be out by 10pm, my sister ended up leaving the Barn by 11pm still with no answer from them she had to leave their belongings outside. Horrible service. Never once received any calls. Just horrible. Definitely not worth it at the end of the night I wish I never even paid them and to think the only reason why we used them was because they were literally not even a half mile away from where I had my wedding.
