I called ahead of time to let them know I was gonna be going the following day for my items that were within the car because my old car was in a wreck so it was gonna be to much to pull it ou5 and they didnt allow me to get my personal items from within the car. They should've just followed me to the car and allowed me to get my items. They have horrible communication skills lady was already talking back when I wasnt. Horrible service

The driver was very good at loading our huge pickup truck when it wouldn't start. Of course, the power steering doesn't work when it's not running. This guy knew what he was doing!
My car got towed by these people back in 2002. When I didn't have any cash. I was dead broke. I told them I needed my car back, they had no compassion. And to make matters worse I had to get a notarized letter on a weekend, when notaries are not available. Well here it is. One star for you.
