Great Service! Delivery fast and the driver, Jose Bocanegra was super kind. Delivery was supposed to be dropped off at my front door but the driver went out of his ways to drop it off where I needed it because I was not going to be able move it myself. I tried to tip the driver and never took it, he kept telling me this was his job and he was happy to do it. Thank you so much Jose for the GREAT SERVICE!

I love working with the Estes Expressctesm. They are a great carrier and one of the best when it comes to import freight. Nelda Rodriguez from Pharr TX really made it a pleasure to work with. Called my back with in a few minutes of my request for help and followed up with me with updates on my freight. Good Job Nelda !
I have had some of the best Estes experiences with the McAllen Terminal. I have always received good service from everyone who I have spoken with and Nelda in OS&D is so very helpful.
