Was told my unit would have 24 hour access.. they didn't tell me there would be an alarm that would constantly go off unless i closed the door. So if you are looking for a 24 hour place, stay away. They lied about that part.
All is great except the attitude of the staff. They don't seem to like their job
Great friendly staff. Elvia was all smiles the whole time. Everyone was helpful. Made our moving proccess super easy. No hassles, no pressure to buy anything. My wife and i are super satisfied. I highly reccomend this U-HAUL location.
I needed to get a piano to San Antonio. Jorge was very professional throughout the process and was quickly able to identify and correct an issue with the lights on the trailer I was renting. We had to switch trailers mid-transaction and it was no problem at all. Excellent Work Jorge!! They had plenty of rental options. Can't wait to see the new facility!
