I have had the unfortunate opportunity to receive 2 devices from Bonel. One my husband didn't realize he had for his ankle and a boot that costs 40 on Amazon, but Bonel charges over 300 for. Bonel should be ashamed of themselves for taking advantage of people this way. I don't know how they get doctors to agree to work with them but I'm going to make it my mission to never accept another device for myself or my entire family if it comes from Bonel. I will make sure the doctors and nurses know why. I'll have a copy of the 2 invoices from them along with their threatening written notes on them right on my phone ready to share.

I received a call from Donna about replacing thumb spica wrist splints, one of which had started fraying/coming apart after receiving them 2 weeks ago. Donna was amazing -- calm, extremely polite, very professional, solved my problem with ease and efficiency, and had a warm and calming demeanor. She scheduled a free drop off at my workplace of 2 replacement splints at a time that was good for me. I've never had anyone offer such a great service before. Thank you, Donna, for your excellent customer service today!

I appreciate the staff at Bonel. They were very efficient at getting my equipment and showing me how to use it. I would definitely recommend them for durable medical equipment.
