Brûlée catered our wedding at The Liberty View at Independence Center over Columbus Day weekend and Victoria and the catering team were absolutely amazing. Planning a wedding during a pandemic is already a difficult task and they made the process so much easier, from the food tasting to picking out linens. Such a pleasure to work with. The day of the wedding, they went above and beyond constantly checking in to make sure we and our guests were taken care of and the food was delicious. Thanks again to Victoria and the team to making our day special!

Dan Dutch was amazing to work with from the very first email. Dan answered our emails immediately and came out to see the site. He was very easy going, which we could not have been more grateful for, after working with a large venue that cancelled our wedding due to covid. We had a small intimate microwedding on my parents farm. The entire plan changed the day of when there was a double hurricane headed for our outdoor wedding. Dan coordinated everything and made it a breeze. The quality of service was unparalleled, they literally did everything. Brûlée handled the linens, flatware, glasses, plates, tables, chairs, and bar. Looking back on the photos now, the attention to detail was just incredible. Every single person on the staff was delightful, professional, and they went above and beyond to make sure our guests were happy. Our guests told us it was truly the most beautiful wedding they had ever been to and raved about the food, specifically the braised short ribs. The entire night was magical. We will absolutely call Dan for the next event we host!

Victoria and the team at Brûlée Catering provided the food for our micro- wedding at the Liberty View. Victoria was a pleasure to work with. Even with 10 guests, we had a variety of hors d'oeuvres and small plate entrees to choose from. The food was delicious and the Brûlée team provided fantastic service to our guests. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for top quality, delicious catering!

We absolutely loved working with Brûlée for our September wedding. We were originally scheduled to get married at a venue in May, but had to postpone due to Covid and had to find a caterer for our backyard wedding. We interviewed a few different caterers but were most impressed with Brûlée. Everything leading up to the wedding (the tasting, menu planning, logistics) was very easy. Dan was our point person, and he was super responsive and knowledgeable. The wedding itself went great, even with the challenges presented by Covid. The food was amazing (we care deeply about food) and the service was top-notch. They did a great job setting up our ceremony space (chairs, welcome drinks, etc.), the cocktail hour space, and inside the tent. Brulee and its staff did an especially good job with safety protocols, including for cocktail hour / passed food, dinner service, and bar service. We took safety protocols very seriously and we and our guests were able to truly relax and enjoy the event knowing that the Brulee team did as well. Rescheduling a wedding is not particularly easy or pleasant, but we ended the night thinking that it turned out even better than it would have at our original venue, and Brûlée played a big part in that.

We absolutely love the Brulee Catering company as during the hardest time for our wedding clients they were a breathe of fresh air. They were so easy to work with and more than anything had kind hearts towards our clients which made the easy decision to always remember them in the future for bookings for special occasion events and recommend them to their loved ones. We hosted our wedding this Labor Day weekend at the National Constitution Center with Brulee and specifically Carol Short and we and our guests were completely blown away!! Carol was so great to work with and responded so promptly to all of our questions even while she was on vacation! She made the planning process so easy from the very start and impressed us even more on how smoothly the big day turned out! Our guests loved the food and appreciated the very kind and attentive service staff! We would highly recommend hosting any big event with Carol and Brulee!
