Truthfully a 2/5 experience. I did it once several years ago, and the guide at that one was much better. Our guide for this tour was not good. His style was doing a bunch of jump scares, and he did a poor job of setting up the story's and ruined the punch line. And focused wayy to much on loudly screaming at random times during the story. Gave 3/5 since they were kind enough to accommodate our group at the last minute.

Definitely an unforgettable experience. Lots of history our guide was very informative. I liked it my boyfriend would have rather been napping lol
Its was the best tour yet. Our guide Lance was very thorough and his enthusiastic attitude made it even more memorable.
The tour was fun, not scary, but just enough creepy to be exciting. The story teller was great with informative enthusiasm! Definitely recommend for a different kind of tour of the city.
Fun thing to do on Halloween! Tour guide was in theater and was great at his job . We did the mansion tour and that was interesting to actually go inside a “haunted house”. The stops on the first part of the tour are very obvious. Would be fun to be a little more off the beaten path. We stopped at Washington square and independence hall.
