First time here., 7:30pm on a Thursday, not crowded at all, but bartender dismissive. I asked for a food menu ... he never bothered to bring it, and I didn't feel like a meal in the place after the negative intro. Seems like a mainly gay white crowd of locals in the middle-age range. While there, I looked up reviews of the bar and saw many reviews pointing to racism and racist comments by the owner (I watched the video myself). I just didn't feel welcome. I had such a great time at Toasted Walnut bar, but this place put a damper on the enthusiasm for the Philly gay scene, especially if you're a person of color. I would skip this bar.

One of the best night clubs in Philadelphia! The owners always make a presence and love to interact with ALL of their guests. This club is constantly being updated and has never looked better. Not to mention the nightly drink specials that are fun and affordable! I can't wait to go back.
Service is usually prompt, prices are in-line with other similar venues. Much better than Woody's.
Overall great place!!! The staff is really friendly, the atmosphere is wonderful, and the dancers are some of the sexiest guys in the city. Drinks are strong enough to grow hair on your chest, so you're definitely getting your money's worth. My only complaint is that I wish they put out a recycle bin for all the water bottles they give out
ive never been more ashamed of the queer community. This space only marginalizes the community even more. If you aren't a white man you aren't welcome, unless you're a drag queen that doesn't care about the legacy of where drag has come from. Or care about how race issue continue to effect the LGBT community
One of the only places to have a awesome drag show. Cheap drinks and great staff. Highly recommended.
Prob my favorite bar in the gayborhood. The multiple levels are key to fun once one gets bored of a room. Rooftop bar/smoking section great for talking to someone you met on the dancefloor but couldn't hear ;P Usually fair drink specials and reasonable prices and no cover.
First of all I'm going to start of with saying Hi to all I-Candy Management, Employees and to all other People that comes across my review. The Management who runs The I-Candy club care about their guests and shows, They care about everyone having a good time. The Bartenders are awesome very friendly and they talk to you like Family, also the Front door person is so sweet, He always say's Hi and gives me a Hug, when I enter the Club..Best place to hear good music, Also good bar food if you decide to eat, and the drinks are cheap and super strong! This is the place to go too to have a drink or two or just drink all night and put your dancing shoes on and dance your heart away with no worries.... I Candy has a lot of Space to dance, space to sit, space to drink. I truly Recommend I candy too anybody that want to have Fun...Come on It don't get any Better than That Guys Come On !
