Very curt office staff... they do not accommodate the patient. The doctor is not accommodating or sympathetic either.

My appointment was for 9:30am. Doctor did not see us until after 10:30. According to the nurse, he was running late. While I understand things do happen, once he walks into the room, he never apologize but just asked what brought me in. As my wife and I tried to explain the symptoms or past treatments, he interrupted us multiple times and did not show interest or care. All he said was, he no longer treats my condition as it is a waist of his time as it takes multiple visits. When U asked for referral of where to go, he said he did not know and could not recommend a surgeon either. It was a total waste of time and out of packet money. Cant understand how a doctor can not recommend you where to go for follow up if his practice is unable to provide treatment? A treatment he chooses not to practice by choice. When I ask where I can provide feedback, the office manager walked out of a room, asked what yhe problem was, without introducing herself, and did not appear to care. Dr. Sohn needs to reevaluate his methodology and professional presence.
