Len Jessamine, LLC, has just been promoted to the front of my Elec and HVAC call list. Brandon Jessamine was everything I'd want in a serviceman: polite, articulate, timely, available and competent. He called back quickly and arrived on time. He diagnosed my tenants' heater problem quickly and had the parts in the van to complete the repair within an hour. He has earned my trust and future business, as well as my enthusiastic recommendation to other potential customers.

I called for their services and they came the next-day being weekend and could not fix it at the first time. I called them back and there was no response after several attempt they picked up and came in on a Sunday almost a week after the first attempt. I tried to get an idea of their cost of services to no avail. When the staff that came in, the staff advised I should reach the office and the office said they the need to see.. All stories short after all the drama and about a week later. They sent me an Astronomical bill. I never imagined such a cost to fix switches and an off light in my basement. I reached out to them about the high cost and they came up with stories. My experience with them was not pleasant. They sent me a link to share my experience and I did. I found out that their Office Manager Amanda Lozowski traced me and went and left a one star review where I work without taking our services in any way. Her altitude of tracing a customer is a security concern. How unprofessional to resolve customers need. She prefers I swallow my experience rather than share with you or address it. I will update. update: 9/19/2020: In their reply they insinuates that its okay for their staff (office manager) to re-trace customers(me) to my work place (after your services to my own newly bought home) and leave a FALSE review where I work for taking their services and/or for sharing my experience? I have paid them in FULL.

Central air unit not cooling/running. Called Len Jessamine to schedule an appointment and was wowed when Brandon said he would make the time to get out that day. Very thorough, patient and professional. Looking at options to resolve the issue but based on my first meeting and impression I would highly recommend him.
