Wow..! Where do I even begin..Rarely do I leave reviews, but I have to share probably the best experience I've ever had as a customer. Dr. Nelson and the staff at this facility are nothing short of amazing..! I had a referral to have some work done, and they were able to get me in immediately, Christmas Eve 2020. To be open a day before a holiday, a holiday where most are home with family and loved ones, spoke volumes to me. Dr. Nelson and his assistant explained everything that was going to take place, and ensured that my husband and I were clear on post-op care. Even made sure that I had zero pain before I left after my procedure. Then there is Mrs. Nelson. There was a mix up and slighy confusion regarding my insurance, and she assisted me throughout the process of getting everything figured out and situated, and I couldn't have been more grateful to her. I will recommend anyone looking/needing oral care to visit Dr. Nelson and his facility. Literally the BEST dental experience I've ever had, and believe me, I've had my fair share. Thanks again for the remarkable service

I needed a wisdom tooth extracted and was referred to Dr. Nelson's office. The entire staff was efficient and professional. The procedure went extremely well and I am very pleased. I had a lot of anxiety about having a tooth extracted - Dr. Nelson and his crew were very caring and put my mind at ease. I highly recommend this office for any dental work.

I had my wisdom teeth taken out at the Missouri office. This was in the mist of the pandemic and I can attest the proper precautions were taken to the upmost extent. The atmosphere and feel of the environment is most relaxing upon entering. As for the staff they are kind, respectful, and informative. I was very nervous about teeth extractions since I was a child and have been avoiding this encounter for quite some time. However, Dr. Nelson and his staff definitely calmed my worries and exceeded my expectations. I love that the doctor has portraits of his family in the rooms, he really cares for his patients. He checked up on me not once or twice, but three times!!! This was after the operation and doctors rarely take the time to do this! Thank you for taking care of my teeth and answering all my questions. Please trust Dr. Nelson and his staff to take the best of care of you because I do :). *Quite side note I woke up taking selfie’s after my extraction lol so sorry to the staff but they handling everything great!

I loved coming to this office. I had a horrible cavity in one of my wisdom teeth and ended up going to an urgent care for dental services. They weren't able to remove the tooth as it was too close to the nerve. However, they were able to call Dr.Nelson's office and get me in within 2 days, which was much better than my other scheduled appointment at a different place for 2 weeks ahead. I had scheduled a consult and extraction all in one day. I came into the office and was greeted, I worked with Alana, Rafi, Logan, and of course doctor Nelson. I had an amazing consultation where all my questions were answered. The whole team was beyond professional and treated me and my guest as family. They were very quick, didn't keep me waiting. When I went into the operating room, they made sure I was very comfortable and used nitrous oxide to make sure the Ivy didn't hurt and next thing I remember was waking up to Logan (lead surgical tech) showing me my 4 wisdom teeth extracted! Believe it or not, I have absolutely no pain, never had any soreness or pain since surgery so I am very impressed with doctor Nelson's work and would recommend him to anyone looking to get any extractions.

I would most definitely recommend anyone to here . They took good care of me , i was very nervous when it comes to needles. They were gentle and nice ! His assistants are very friendly. Dr. Nelson you are amazing, and made sure I was ready without any questions or concerns. Thank you so much once again
