All City towed 2 vehicles from my space/ driveway then lied to DMV and said it was abandoned on the property where I lived. I read the laws for towing in Arizona which says it's illegal. I went to All City and called the police because I didn't authorize them to tow any of my vehicles and they were keeping my car hostage. Two police officers came and assist me to get my vehicles. I didn't pay them nothing. They can't hold your car hostage for payment. That is grand theft auto for they are not lien holders or owners of your vehicle. If a police officer does tow your vehicle then yes you have to pay to get your vehicle out. Read your towing laws if you get your car towed.

Got in to an accident (driver side collision) car was drivable after collision. When the \tow people\ arrived and moved my car (after being told by police and myself to take to my house) they took it to tow lot. The car is no longer drivable due to the fact it was pulled incorrectly and they snapped the front passenger side control arm (so the wheel no longer attached to the car) then in stead of putting car in neutral they just dragged it in park. Which caused more damage to the front end. When getting the car from the tow lot the front bumper was some how dismantled (wasn't like that at the time of accident) then was advised to get the car on Friday and waited over an hour to get the car back (when we were the only customer there) and in stead of letting us put the car on our trailer properly these \tow people\ just came and dropped the car (from a hoisted lift) on to the trailer (improperly) without being asked an then left an closed shop before we were even able to leave with the car. I would advise anyone who thinks of using this company (even if it is through insurance) to look elsewhere and save yourself the time, effort and hassles of this joke company.
Had my car towed and got the runaround for several days. When I scheduled an appointment to pick up my vehicle at 6:30pm they transferred me, but the phone continuously rang with no answer. As I am writing this review, the phone has been ringing through 21 minutes. Not helpful and really no way to get your vehicle back.
Over the phone they were very helpful, cordial, and professional. I did not feel like I was bothering them, as a matter of fact, I felt respected and they treated my inquiry as if it were important, like they actually WANTED to provide me with all the information that they could. Sometimes these businesses are short and unfriendly. Not these people. They know the value of customer service.
I got towed and they worked with me to get my truck out fairly quickly. Which is probably all I can ask for. If I was the person who called to have me towed, I would probably be happy with them because they came quickly.
