I've owned and operated several vending businesses in the Phoenix area for the past 28 years. I have used American Eagle as my source for machines and repairs for many of those years. American Eagle has always been very professional and has been a tremendous help in keeping my equipment in top working order. Many, many times, I have simply called for help regarding a repair, and Rob the owner, has been able to walk me through the solution to the repair over the phone. This alone has saved me a lot in time and money. I would highly recommend American Eagle to anyone looking for new or refurbished vending equipment. If they don't have what you need, they are able to get it in a timely manner. American Eagle has always been dedicated to matching vendors with the proper equipment for the appropriate location. Here's to your continued success in the vending machine business, and thank you for allowing me to be successful as well in my business as a result.

I called and set an appointment with this company. Guy gave me a window, so I sat there and waited for two hours during the window. Ended up calling them after 2 hours of waiting and the lady said he ended up going to the west side and wouldn't make it today. Could probably do later in the week. Told me to call back later and see if he is available. I asked if I could set up an appointment and they said no and that I should find another company to come help. WOW. Stay away from this company. Useless! Thanks for wasting my time!
