Insensitive Jokester

As my experience goes with pawn stores, this one is on a whole different level. Very rarely, did I find a store like this with people as knowledgeable about guns and coins. To be honest, I was a little skeptical walking in, but when I left, I left very happy with what I got (thanks, Daniel!). I will definitely be doing business here again soon!

Driving by I noticed them and curiosity brought me in their establishment. Immediately Daniel began investigating and showed what is available, where they were, how long it would take, and the price they offered after I inquired about a couple firearms I’ve always wanted. Needless to say I was taken back. They earnestly valued my business, were completely transparent, and fulfilled their promise. These are good people and worthy of your business. Thank you guys! So. I pawned a gold chain back in November. The chain was given to me by my great grandmother. It was blessed by The Pope. The chain meant alot to me. I say “meant” because my chain was misplaced unfortunately. I found this out when I went to pick the chain up back in February. Needless to say, I was pretty upset. Well. Daniel, being the super cool dude that he is, was willing to work with me. After a series of authentic/genuine apologies, Daniel opened up the store’s private catalog and sat with me while I looked for a replacement. After lots of looking, I found a few chains that I liked. Daniel was cool enough to order a few to the store so that I had more than one to look at in-person and choose from. I guess Daniel’s supplier was having issues on their end or something. As a result, they weren’t able to get the chains sent to Daniel for almost two months. Well. Daniel contacted me regularly to keep me updated. Even while he was on vacation, he called the store to see if the chains he and I ordered had come in. If this isn’t exemplary customer service, I don’t know what is. I just left Arizona Gold Exchange with my new chain. Although I miss my chain, as it had a ton of sentimental value, I’m happy with the replacement. Thanks again, Daniel. I’m sorry for being a pest. I really appreciate all of your help throughout the entire process.
