Horrible company! During this virus we have gone back and forth with these people . Finally get all the info we need, we got to the door for the lady to give us more info to fill out (no big deal) the issue is she wouldn’t even Lend us a pen !!!! She expected us to drive back home get a pen, fill out the paperwork and then return in on the drop box ! We could literally see a thing of pens on her desk, if she was so worried about germs, let us keep the darn pen.

This is the absolute worst business I’ve ever dealt with. I made my payment on time on Jan 10 2019. But instead of asking me how I wanted the payment withdrawn it just gave me a confirmation number. Then I come to find out it took it from an acct that was closed. That was not the act I used the last time! I used an account that was open and is still open!! It was a scam, plain and simple They would not credit me the insufficient funds fee. It’s an awful place and the women there are soooo rude.

Worst water company ever. I paid my bill before due date. and they sent me a notice saying that they’re going to shut down my water. so i thought i didnt pay my bill. so i went online and paid it again. but then i checked my bank account. i did pay it before due date. and then i paid it again. but they still shut down my water.
