Ive been a customer to this company since 2008 and it seems some management change or something else happened on 2020 to this company and now it is just the wose supplier on my list. Worst Service Ever. Made me lose a ton of money. I ordered 25,000 worth of essential oils, paid in ADVANCE and after two months I am still waiting for my order to arrive. The PO said delivery in 1 week. Cost me a lot of business. If you value your time and money do NOT buy from this company unless you have no other options because they really dont care if you get your product or not even though they will claim to have someone on top of the problem. They wont make it up to you and you are on your own when trying to figure out what the heck is going on. Furthermore, they will claim your product is on the way when in fact it hasnt even left their facility. They allow shipper to do whatever they want with your product, they will let it sit at a warehouse for weeks without even moving it and it is always someone elses fault. They never take responsability for their mistakes.
