We just had an obstacle course for our suns party and can't say enough how good this company is. Delivery on time and we got to keep it an extra day at no cost
I rented a Super Heroes Modular Combo from AZ Water Slides 4 Kids this this last Saturday. I am writing this review to let everyone know how good they are. The manager called and emailed a day before party to reconfirm again the order and the time for delivery. On Saturday the delivery team called an hour before arriving to let us know they where on their way. Arrived on time and set it up very fast . In no minutes the bouncy was up , clean and beautiful. Next day the pick up was on time and it was a pleasure talking with the crew. I am saying that because their service is pleasurable.
They have been generally good but for a few weird incidents But they always showed up with a bounce house before the party started. I have used them 4 times.
I have been using this company for a year and i am very disappointed. Two of the 6 patio heaters didn't work, the movie projector went out 4 times during the movie and the second group showed up an hour late. I was even promised a refund of 350 to which i haven't received. Overall i am very disappointed with this company. I won't be using them again for hoa events. Richard Weisenberg HOA Board
