Tried very hard to support print journalism. Subscribed and NEVER received the paper. Called and emailed to no avail - was told each time the problem would be resolved. After 6 weeks I had to practically beg them to stop charging my credit card and \cancel\ my subscription. The rep actually asked me what the last date was that I received the paper after I already told him that I NEVER received the paper. Really wanted a physical paper - will have to purchase it at a grocery store apparently. So disappointed...

Price is high for what you get! Out sourcing everything to other cities and countries, i'm old school and for a life time enjoyed the sheets, technology is pushing you out just like the USPS. Sad sad... so long.

So hope all know this is ran by Gannett who rules a majority of the population. Having worked for the company I have no trust an any venture they have. The way they charge to let news out should be a crime. As a former employee this company has no emotion or consideration to the average person. Gannett has more power than deserved and hope this company gets a realization to the froud/false information it provides

If there was a way to put in less stars I would. My carrier is probably the worst at taking instructions. Can’t even hit a 20 foot section of driveway. It consistently goes into the bushes while taking out my yard light. It has been an consistent issue. I have called, e-mailed, sent pictures and made sure they are aware of this. Each time I get the i’m Sorry and we will discuss this with the carrier. It gets better for a couple of times then goes back to the same routine. I have put at least a hundred dollars in yard lights in and finally hat to put in a breakaway base in so all I had to do is stand it up again. USA Today the parent company does not care either. I guess they need a class action law suit to get their attention. My suggestion is... do not support or subscribe to the paper.

I have been a subscriber since 1982. For the last 3 years it has been a NIGHTMARE getting regular delivery service. I’ve called repeatedly and no results! I think quitting the paper is better than anticipating something that rarely shows up! Too bad the only contact is sourced out....worst customer service ever!
