Major issue was facial tremors and swelling in the face amongst other symptoms. Didn't know what it was and figured they may do a CAT scan. No. They wanted to do an IV of fluids and draw blood. Everything was fine until it took three different people and three different insertions to get blood and attempt to get an IV started. X-ray machine was used to find a vein for the ivy insertion but was not done correctly and the IV fluid started to swell within my arm. Got really scared and curtains were drawn so no one could see me. I paged the nurse who took a little too long getting to the room so I had to throw items at my sliding door to get someone's attention as the IV was attached to the bedpost. Needless to say I wasn't interested in sticking around after that as the doctor couldn't offer any thoughts on what my real issue was and opted to not do a CAT scan because of the price. Overall bad experience here. :(

This place seriously gone downhill. They will have a person waiting hours to see you, while they take Many others back that came AFTER YOU. As if All are Injuries or Health problems Arnt Important too! WTF BANNER.. Also your nurses need a Big attitude adjustment. HUGE! So while your little nurse's are bickering about thier day, most of us are still not seen from being here for Hours with our poor health. I thought I could trust this hospital because they treated my cancer, but today.. Never again

Took my brother here thinking he was going to be very well taken care of no worst mistake ever they let him go with a broken jaw when they supposedly did an x-ray on him and said he was fine almost 2 weeks later they call him and tell him he needs emergency surgery. They were not even able to take him in urgent as they said so he ended up going to Dignity Health and they took care of him quickly and did great job with surgery.

They couldn’t care any less!!!!! Billed a huge number (room rent for 2 hours?) and sent me away without any diagnosis! Wondering if Diagnosis is even part of the health care system! I continued to suffer for several days and couldn’t report to work. Having sophisticated equipments does not define a good health care system if it is not put to good use to arrive at a diagnosis. The reason the system is broken is because no attempt is made to diagnose while unnecessary testing is done which does not help to arrive at a diagnosis. Health issues go undetected until it reaches the point where you just pump pills leading to more complicated issues and more cost with NO benefits to patients!!
