Monday will be my first time at this location with Dr Crisp. Have previously been at his Office on Frye Rd numerous times for different treatments. Dr Crisp is a professional. He has a very welcoming environment and his staff is informative and accommodating. He makes me feel comfortable and confident in his treatments and medical knowledge. I will and can readily recommend his entire staff to everyone. It is obvious the care and energy he has expended in his studies and research...and his staff. It has been a pleasure being his \pin cushion\ and the relief he has given me.

Dr. Kreiner, Dr. Roress, and all of the support staff are excellent! I had a procedure that resulted in a small complication, but Dr. Roress literally took my frantic 3AM call and helped me calm down. I was seen same day and Dr. Kreiner's team ensure when I got there that I was taken back to lie down while I waited for him. I'm feeling much better now! Thank you so much!

Forget about this place. Been a patient for years. Dr. Kozack is great as well as his assistant. Don't even waste your time calling for an appointment if you need your doctor in less than a month. You'll be shut down. Second time in 6 weeks I've tried to see my doctor, no go! Maybe they need more staff or at least an alternate solution to see some one. My sciatica is blowing up, need a doctor, but mine is never available. Guess I will have find one elsewhere but hate to because of my trust in Kozak. Thanks Barrow Brain & Spine! You were a better place before Barrow got involved. Downhill since, sorry to say.

Worst Support staff I have ever been around. Dr. Crisp is awesome, but last year I never received a follow up call after getting shots...ever! Second, I was told they would call to set up an MRI and approval at the same time for another procedure and they never did. Called back and forth 4 times...super frustrating! I left for another Doctor who has a professional staff. Good luck Dr. Crisp, your people will cost you a ton of money!
