I wish I could review No stars, This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have never had such a bad experience with simply trying to submit an application. I have never had a customer service representative speak to me the way the Beardsley water customer service representative speaks when I am trying to receive assistance on a status update for an application. I have heard nothing but terrible, horrible things about the water and the service with the company and so far everything is to be true.

The absolute worst service I have ever received in my entire existence in this planet. Christian the customer service rep refused to transfer me to a manager and told me that he is the only person I am able to speak with. We are reaching out to the City Manager about this companies actions as they are a privately owed entity that I am being forced to do business with.

I would give them 0 stars if it would let me. Worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. When I call, no one has any idea what’s going on, they change the hours you can call and pay whenever they feel like it, and they will hang up on you if you question them.

Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. They are rude and incompetent. They never return phone calls and are completely unprofessional once you actually get a hold of someone. Avoid this company if at all possible.
