I have used Roadrunner Pharmacy for many years and noticed in the last six months or so their quality and service has dramatically declined. After researching it appears there has been an ownership change which explains everything. I will need to look for another option for my compounding needs. It's a shame because the previous owner(management) had a well oiled machine.

I was with Roadrunner for compounding my dogs Valley Fever issue. After 2 tests of 1.4 titer level, we increased meds and saw solid improvement. The vet and I thought she was going to clear the infection. Then all of a sudden we started to receive the medication from Texas. Six months later she had a increase in infection even using the increased medication. I found out that my pharmacy had sold to this hatchet job pharmacy,. I checked with 3 other vets and they said they were not recommending this group because of treatment issues. I had to switch to another local compounding pharmacy. I made sure that my dog was getting the same Flucozonal that a human would get. After the change her level decreased again, I truly believe that this interruption in her meds hurt her treatment in long run. My advise if treating an animal for Valley Fever make sure you use local human and vet pharmacy and that they are using same medicine for humans as they do for animals.
Just recenctly received my dogs Rx from this company that my vet also uses as an online pharmacy. They've been trying to get me to switch from Chewy Pharmacy. What a mistake that was!!! Site says delivered in 3-5 business days. it took 10 for one & 11 for the other 2 just to go to Casa Grande, AZ. Needless to say my dog was out of her meds for days. I'm going back to Chewy
