Craters and Freighters are The Best! We had an awkward sized family treasure that we wanted to ship across the country! Its worth to most would be negligible but to us, it is priceless! After calling MANY shippers and almost giving up - C and F popped up and my prayers were answered! Brad Hermanns made the negotiations for pricing seamless, AFFORDABLE, do-able! What a professional! Emails and calls answered promptly! We dropped our “treasure” off at the warehouse where Avery and Gabe took great care us! The packaging of our item was EXCEPTIONAL! Absolutely EXCEPTIONAL! They KNEW how much we treasured our item and packaged it accordingly (included in the cost). Next Rhonda stepped in - making payment and tracking go seamlessly! What fun to see our treasure move across the country and arrive in perfect condition, and ON TIME! Dennis and the entire staff were responsive, careful, timely and experts in knowing exactly how to crate a 500 pound telescope and all its fragile parts to be delivered to Tanzania. It is obvious from the two men who picked up the items and carefully placed them in specialized containers in the truck to those engaged in followup communication -that there is pride in their work -even joy!
