Phase one of our move went flawlessly. These guys are pros. They treated our stuff as if it were theirs. All of this is being stored and they wrapped all of it exceptionally well to preserve it during storage, They even loaded our golf cart with great care and ingenuity into one of the vans. I could only think: \This is going to be on Ridiculousness\. Not a chance. Job well done guys. See you in a couple months.

Everyone involved was great. Booking agent listened to all my needs and concerns. The Dispatch was very accommodating. There were issues with my closing date changing (on my buyers end), which led to uncertainty on moving date. Stayed in contact with a very patient Wanda, who understood my craziness and scheduled my dates. The loading crew went out of their way to help get us out of our sold house, which we were so appreciative. Had to store our stuff for a couple of nights while waiting for the new house signing. The unloading crew was onsite exactly when expected, and placed items where we wanted and that made our unpacking so much easier. Move went faster than planned so we got some of our payment back in quick time. Great people to work with.

Lost the parts box while my furniture was in storage. None of the disassembled furniture could be put back together, had to go by screws and bolts to reassemble furniture. Folded a 4k king bed that cannot be folded after I specifically instructed them not to store it folded and was charged 20 a month extra in storage for it to lay flat. This damaged my bed and made it give way on one side so your rolling off of it when you sleep on it. Movers manually opened a hydraulic lazy boy chair and broke the hydraulic. Chair was 700. Lost several other boxes with lamps and other small decorative items. Refused to cover my losses despite my contract covering full losses during the move. They used the technicality that I filed the claim in writing two days past the ten day deadline. I had an email the day after the move was completed reporting my claim but because it wasn’t the official claims form the elected to leave me with lost parts and 5k in damage to my furniture. I had referred them for my parents move prior to this going wrong and they also damaged their several thousand dollar table and made my parents jump through hoops to get it covered. In short, this company is good if nothing goes wrong, but if it does they will try everything to leave you holding the bag.

Robert and Donovan were great! We got couches moved from our office to our storage unit and they were so fast and professional. Arrival time was quoted between 8-9am and they showed up at 8am and were ready to go.
