DATS Trucking, Inc is a wonderful carrier service. In particular, there is an awesome driver named Coy who is possibly the nicest driver I've ever worked with. He always reads the shipper special instructions and is very patient. I cannot say enough good things about this driver and DATS Trucking, in general. I wish all carriers were as kind and hard working as Coy.

The company I work for uses DATS. We are always pleased with Joey's work, he is very quick and efficient.
Dats truck turned out in front of me to day to cross the intersection made me slam on the brakes and turn to avoid hitting him and the truck. I called dats trucking and the guy on the phone told him i almost died and all he said is \ oh ya\ i will look into it . SO IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOU AND YOUR FAMILY'S LIFE STAY AWAY FROM DATS TRUCKING AND THERE RUNDOWN LOOKING TRUCK ! P.s wish i could post a pic so you can see the driver playing on his phone with no care in life like he is not driveing a 18 wheeler. Check you drivers cdl because he got it out of a cracker jax box.
I would avoid this company. They called us several times to schedule a delivery with little to no information. We were finally able to reach out to all of our staff to find out what they were even trying to deliver and schedule a delivery date. They dropped it off on the correct day but at the wrong building and just left it outside! We called them to express our concerns about the pallet just being left outside and the person over the phone was so mean and rude that they caused one of our office staff members to be in tears. We were even told that \we didn't spend enough money to have it delivered inside\. We have a small lobby with doors that could have been easily opened and it would have only taken an extra two minutes. No stairs or hallways to bring it through, etc. I just think the customer service could be better.
The prices are reasonable, but I can never get a pick up on time, no matter how early it is scheduled.
