My experience with Dr Rimma Finkel and office staff is always a good one but, except for her office lead- Serenity Danner who needs an attitude adjustment, to realize the importance being in a front-line position, working to service others is a team effort and will test your character, your mouth is a two-edge sword-use it wisely because actions do speak louder than words, kindness goes a long way and lastly it's not about you or your feelings but it is about being the best you that you can be to others. Remember that this is a public service job and the Doctor who employs you wants to help not hurt clients coming to or calling her medical office. Let those positive vibes spread, touching those in need of hope.

THIS OFFICE IS A JOKE.. THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE & WHEN I ASKED WHY THAT WAS, THEY SAID THAT IT WAS BECAUSE IT WAS A SMALL OFFICE SO THEY ARE VERY BUSY.. I HAVE NEVER HEARD SUCH NONSENSE BEFORE IN MY LIFE.. MIND YOU I WAS SUPPOSED TO SEE RIMMA FINKLE BEFORE COVID-19 HIT. & I DID EVERYTHING THAT WAS ASKED OF ME BEFORE I WAS ABLE TO EVEN GET IN TO SEE THE DR. VERY RUDE STAFF & I WOULDNT ADVISE ANYONE GO SEE THIS DR. BASED OFF OF THE WAY THE OFFICE IS RAN IN ITSELF.. YOU HAVE TO LEAVE A MESSAGE & THEY RETURN UR CALL, EVERYTIME, & THATS IF YOUR LUCKY.. THIS OFFICE IS RAN VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!! I FEEL THAT IF U CANT EVEN ANSWER THE PHONE DURING REGULAR BUSINESS HOURS, THAT IS A PROBLEM.. & TO TOP IT OFF, AFTER I ASKED THEM Y DO THEY OPERATE THAT WAY, ALL OF THE SUDDEN DR. I have being calling and calling and no answer! Beside that they said they don’t have my documents when my Doctor send them. Also said I didnt call to schedule the appointment.
