I can only say this and be as honest as I can as i would never do a running business harm by banter and bashing staff or work performance. Chaplain Garrett was helping me with moms prep and deciding how I was going to go about where and how her final preparation and end result , funeral or cremation. A NUMBER OF SNAFUS CAUGHT ME IN A BIT OF A BIND. Chaplain Garret was good about things up until about 4 weeks ago. THEY HAVE MOMS ASHES , and now refuse to answer my emails, at the moment I had to decide , I could not arrange moms body be flown back east due to cost and logistics. I had no knowledge of how to go about doing this transfer, time was a big factor we had to make a choice, I signed off on cremation and the good news was the county stepped in and took care of the cost, which helped, getting all moms info from years ago on double plot was daunting as ever. So now I would like to pick mom up and it seems she is being held for some type of ransom. Chaplain Garrett has been avoiding me. Not nice! I will give this another try and if i cant get results my nice persona will not be as nice. But I will not jump the gun here and over react, Today by 5 pm I will have a follow up, I am giving Eastlake a 5 star rating only because of my dealings then, the star count may change , to ??? We will see how they handle this situation, honestly I am done playing around and there are ways to handle this that makes it a difficult dealing with......lets hope they are ready to hand over something that means the world to me. And I really hate doing this type of review, but I have no choice. So Chaplain Garrett, don't get yourself involved in something in poor taste. Your a man of GOD , I grew up catholic and was an alterboy 2 years serving my parish and helping our rectory and what ever priest was on to do 5am mass. From start to finish I knew I was doing the right thing. 5 bright yellow stars coming from me, lets keep it that way please. Thank you, JRZ-JIM

Extremely helpful and caring for our situation. Very patient with our family. Not like one can recommend a mortuary without feeling uncomfortable, but if one of us passes here, I would feel good with this choice.

Not very helpful towards a family member that lives in a another state. When someone passes away out in AZ. Apparently they’re just worried about and paperwork!!
They are very helpful and respectful! I appriciate their professionalism and kindness through a difficult time when I had to bury my mother. Much love ! Continue the great service!!!
