I worked here for 5 months. They are absolutely terrible (I was warned by there employees it was going to be but sadly didn’t listen). I met the boss maybe twice at most, they ignored my calls often. They refused to give me my paycheck stubs to get my truck and move into my first apartment, until I told them it was illegal. Finally ending in me leaving when they told me I was not allowed to request days off there because I had not worked the 90 days. I was requesting off for a doctors appointment (I have the papers to prove) for lab works because I am pregnant. The company I cleaned also went and got my time sheet from there community gates that put me there at working over 100 days. Just legally they are fishy, wouldn’t even recommend to someone I hated.
I worked for this company over a year there is no communication. They don't take care of their employees always messing up on payroll. HR is terrible never open to talk to employees about thier problems. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Thats why I quit
So when you call a company to tell them how one of their drivers is breaking so many laws and they don’t call you back.. not good. 8/21/19 silver van #136 it has some lite damage to the rear door. Driver was going well over 60 mph down 7ave Blew a red light , school One speeding, no signals when changing lanes. I hope your vans have gps This person doesn’t deserve a job.
This company is horrible. I had to leave because of how rude and unprofessional these people were. They DO NOT communicate what so ever. They reversed my payroll & left me broke. I've called & left voicemails numerous times to see what was going on but the call goes straight to voicemail or I get hung up on. I still have not received a call back.
Needs better communication with employees thry are not very good a communiting
This is a decent company to work for if you are mexican, If you dont speak spanish forget it. They will put you on worksites where the person in charge speaks nothing but spanish. They have have father and sons working at the same sight and mother and daughters. If you are not mexican you will feel like you are working in a third world country, You will never know whats going on until its to late. Also every single thing is gonna have to be translated to you. You will not be treated fairly here if you are not mexican, you will be seriously outnumbered as there is very little diversity to any of there work sites.
