Had it installed about 6 weeks ago and wanted to wait before leaving a review. I couldn't possibly be more pleased with my decision to purchase this product. My wife is so happy which in turn makes my life better. Great water softener.

I have had their water softener installed 5-6 months back. I reside in Tucson, AZ area and this guys were trying to expand their reach from Phoenix to Tucson. Their representative Brian told me that they will install some kind of kit on the outside water hose so that I can use that and clean my car, window etc. with soft water, from outside the house. Everything included for the price we fixed. The next week the installers showed up and installed the unit but didn't installed the kit for outside soft water. We right away called Brian and he said they will be back in a week or so and will install the kit. Guess what?? it have been almost 6 months and numerous calls to Brian and Nancy and I am still waiting for the answer. Also I am afraid the softener even is not working the way it should since it still give stains to our utensils like it was before. Every time I called them they promised somebody will come next Thursday, next week and as such. Finally today (08/08/2017) I told Nancy that if they can't correct the problem stated above then give me the refund back and she stated that since they had to do plumbing they can't do that. At this point I am still waiting and needless to say I have already paid the price when they installed the softener. Please beware of this people and DON'T use their services, especially people from Tucson. We have plenty of water softener providers in Tucson so use local installer. At least you can catch them if something goes wrong later. Thanks,

I have used their reverse osmosis system many times. It is easy to install and a great product. Looking at starting to install the new water softeners with programmable head unit. All in all great product with great customer service!!!! David Barnes Orangutan Home Services
