I would love to give more stars because the food is delicious. My two experiences here have both been delivery. First time it was wonderful. They were quick to bring our food out after we texted them once we arrived, and the order was correct. Second time was disappointing. We checked in and waited outside. We waited a little over 20 minutes, I thought maybe they were busy or low on staff. I called just to make sure it was ready, but no one picked up after almost 4 minutes of it ringing. After heading inside, the cashier finished up with the people ahead of me, and then walked away. A lot of people were standing around or crowding around each other and were not paying attention to the counter now, even though they wre right next to it. Finally someone else asked the cashier to help us waiting. I ask for my order, and they go to the other side of the counter where a bag had been sitting. Sure enough it's my order, just sitting there. I leave with it, just frustrated with the whole experience. But later I find out it's also missing 2 items, plus one of my dishes were wrong.

I was surprised to find that the place only had one other couple there when I arrived but it made getting a to-go order extra quick. The food tasted great and the treats later really hit the spot. The cinnamon roll was better than the sugar cookie. The cookie was ok but it wasn't as sweet as I prefer.
This is my go to place to meet a friend for breakfast. I have never been disappointed. Coffee is great and the staff always aims to please. You must try the chunky French toast its insanely good. Their baguettes are the best. You wont break your teeth trying to eat them like some of the other places.
The drive thru experience here was terrible. I was the third car in line when I pulled in. And it took about 10 minutes for them to take the first car order and 20 minutes to take the second car. I even called the restaurant to make sure there wasn’t an issue with the speaker and they knew there were cars in line. They said they were aware and they were just very busy with online orders and in person orders so sorry for the wait but they are busy. I would have just left but cars blocked me in so was stuck here. I also watched them lose at least 4 cars who got out of line due to the wait. As a person who has worked in fast food before I cannot believe that is the attitude, especially about drive thru times. Again, there weren’t just cars in line, they just weren’t taking the orders. This was beyond disappointing that my experience from The time I pulled up until I got my food and left, took over 45 minutes, and for just three cars.
Before heading out to do some pre-vacation shopping, I needed to get something in my stomach.. Since I was in the area, why not Kneaders?? I kinda wanted their breakfast, since they have all-you-can-eat Cinnamon French Toast or Sourdough Pancakes until 11am, but I didn't want to get slowed down - as amazing as those are.. I opted for the Pastrami Sandwich instead. If bacon is the candy bar of meat, surely pastrami must be the Fruit Roll-Up of the meat world?? Kneaders makes some delicious homemade-style sandwiches, where the meat was nicely sliced, lean cuts, and you can pick from different breads. Now, you can also get some pastries there as well, if you're up for dessert. I love Kneaders' eclairs, as well as a few of their brownies and cookies.. The staff are very friendly, quick with serving your food, and always glad to see you.. With all those choices, Kneaders will be sure to be a favourite of yours! If there's any downside, it's they're closed on Sundays; I believe it's all their locations.
