Prior to coming to Lifeline I had read other reviews about people having insurance issues here and I wish I would've believed them. I've been seeing my amazing therapist Sheila Huff since August and it's changed my life. Unfortunately, the admin at the Scottsdale location Emily is incredibly rude and turns me off to ever recommending this company to anyone... I have BCBS of Michigan for medical insurance (doesn't cover any therapy) and on the back of my card I have Beacon Health Options (covers my therapist Shelia since she's in network) listed for my mental health services but whoever filled out my information put my insurance down as BCBS of AZ?? In addition, they didn't even list the right address? According to Emily at the time of my intake I would've provided all of my insurance information over the phone (although I swore I filled out some kind of paperwork related to my insurance). Again it was back in August.... So all this time Lifeline has been billing BCBS instead of Beacon Health Options and since Blue Cross Blue Shield doesn't cover mental health services none of it is covered through them. I asked about getting this corrected and Emily said I'd have to go for an session to determine if I have a balance and that all of the prior sessions can't be billed to Beacon Health Options. Why in the world would I want to continue with services here then if you guys can't correct YOUR mistake?! After reading all of the reviews about insurance issues I would have been VERY clear that Beacon Health Options was the company that covers my therapy but that since I don't have an insurance card from them I'd have to provide my BCBS of MI card so that Lifeline could verify my insurance through Beacon Health Options. What a nightmare.

After finally being ready to begin a healing process from a lifetime of trauma and confusion, this place was a true blessing. I am beyond grateful for my treatment team and every staff member that contributes to my overall goal of mental and physical well-being. They are patient and understanding, even during the COVID pandemic. I deeply feel as if someone always has my back and appropriately supports me as needed, especially when I appropriately and reasonably ask for support during extra tough days. They are very busy and I try to remember that we are all getting through this time in our lives as best we can manage—including the staff themselves. I am very fortunate to have found Lifeline PCS. Their support is accelerating my healing process and helping me rebuild mental strength and fortitude, as a survivor.

I went for my mental review for the DMV on 10/01/2020 and they didn’t turn it in until 01/13/2021 despite many many and I repeat many unanswered phone calls I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy!!!!

I have been trying to contact the office for 2 weeks with no luck. I have left messages and sent emails through the portal they have. They dont respond nor do they answer the phone, even during business hours. Very frustrating. This may be due to COVID-19, but the website states they are doing video appointments. Considering they serve a demographic that is vulnerable at this time, they really need to respond to calls.
