I haven't been here as of yet, I just have a question, what's the procedure of obtaining a card ? I've been diagnosed with uterine fibroids and because of that I suffer from extreme chronic pain from period cramps and it also causes me to have EXTREMELY bad back pain. I really need this card !

I had a very good experience dealing with this place. They were very helpful and even called the day of my appointment to see if I was still going to make it. The doctor was very nice and answered all my questions. They took care of all the paperwork for filing with the State of Arizona and have kept in constant contact with me, via email, to make sure I got my Medical Marijuana card. I highly recommend this office and the staff.
