We put in our pool last summer, and we’ve been enjoying it so much, I’m just now getting to putting up the review! Our mosaics were individually custom made by Meridian Tile. We went to their showroom in Phoenix with ideas in mind already, but we also wanted to see some examples. When we got there, Barbara showed us around and explained the process, and even went to the back and brought out some pieces that were in progress. I explained my ‘vision’ to Barbara, and she then brought out a printout of a custom piece that was being created for another customer. It had more to the design than we wanted, but she said they would be happy to modify it to our expectations. We placed our order, and received constant email updates from Meridian Tile. When the pieces were done, we went and picked them up. There was a minor issue with one of the pieces, and they more than made up for it by remaking the piece, discounting the order, and even delivering the piece to us all the way in Chandler. Now THAT is customer service! Our pool build was a huge process, and this was a small but important part. If we did it all over again, we would use Meridian Tile again without a doubt!

Great experience!! Due to some broken tile in our pool that needed replacing/matching I was frantic in that I thought I wouldn't be able to find a place that would be able to help well I did and they were awesome! Called spoke with Mark and he assured me they could help...I hopped in my car and drove to their location. As mentioned on the phone, they were able to help and were able to find a great/perfect match for our old tile (pool probably built in early 80's). Unfortunately the tile that matched was not available but that didn't matter, Mark and the company owner assured me they would get it ordered and hopefully on the pallet being shipped today or in the next day or so. Refreshing to deal with a business that is genuinely concerned with providing the best customer service. We'll be replacing the pool tile in the not to distant future and we will DEFINITELY use this company to purchase our tile. They have such a selection and prices are very reasonable but most of all the customer service is topnotch! Thank you Meridian Pool Tile!!! 2 days after ordering, I got a call that my tile arrived...they close at 3pm and it was 2:30 when I got the call, they were gracious enough to wait for me to arrive and pickup my tile because they knew how anxious I was to get it for the repair. AWESOME customer service!!
We purchased lovely sand dollar tiles to mark the steps in our pool renovation. Mark helped me choose the best color. They look awesome! Everyone that sees them loves them. Our pool contractor was impressed by the thickness and quality of them.
Barbara was such a huge helping getting the custom markers made to match our tile. Going as far as to send me multiple samples and even finding a tile in her stock that matched ours so she could get the right color!!! Thank you so much!
This is an exceptional business. Their tile selection and prices are extremely good. But, here is why you should buy from them. I was building my own pool and hired a tile installer to work the Friday and Saturday of Memorial Day Weekend. Well, I ran out of tile because I didn't measure well. I found this out Friday past 6 pm. If I didn't get more tile, I would have spent more money rescheduling my installer. I also had other subs lined up. What to do? I posted a message for help on Friday night on the website. The owner responded immediately. He sent someone to the store early Saturday morning to retrieve the tile I needed. I had the tile before the installer came back on Saturday. THEY OPENED THE STORE FOR ME ON A FEDERAL HOLIDAY WEEKEND TO MAKE SURE I WAS TAKEN CARE FOR FOR ONLY A FEW SHEETS OF TILE!!! THIS IS HOW TO TAKE CARE OF PEOPLE!!! THANK YOU.
