These guys are great. Much thanks to Travis, Todd, and Cole(CJ). There was a leak at my place and Moon Valley was able to get it under control quickly. After Precision Locating helped pin point the hidden leak. Moon Valley was able to come out and professionally execute the replacement and re-routing of the pipes that were the issue. Great attitudes and workmanship.

My call to Moon Valley Plumbing was answered by Chris. Her intelligence and professionalism immediately put me at ease. She scheduled Hayden to see us the next morning. Hayden called in the morning letting us know that he would be here in 30 minutes. He was! Hayden is young, smart and a delight to work with. He is totally trustworthy and did everything he could to correctly explain the problem and the best ways to correct it. We received an accurate and very fair estimate, he returned on schedule the next day, completed the work, cleaned up the work space, and removed the boxes and old fixtures. He was truly exceptional and we're so grateful to he and to Chris for their help. By far the best service we have had since coming to Arizona.
Carey and Esvin came over to fix a clogged pipe in our sink. The blockage was 25 feet down and they were able to successfully clear it in less than 15 minutes. Thank you so much, you guys, for coming out during the pandemic and taking care of us. They wore their masks and were very kind and respectful in our home. Highly recommend them to everyone!!!
I have been using Moon Valley Plumbing for years. They are always professional and explain what they are doing along with costs up front before start work. There is never any pressure and in at least 10 years of using them I have never had a bad experience with them!! I always recommend them.
Moon Valley and Alex Crocker?? AWESOME. I had a burst pipe under my driveway and was getting the runaround from my home warranty and insurance companies so eventually just asked to have someone sent out. In scheduling my appointment with Moon Valley, they were understanding of my schedule and were appropriately flexible. Alex calls me ahead of time and is even more flexible because I was running late due to traffic (thanks snowbirds). When I got home, he got to my house as discussed, was professional, courteous, easy to talk to...basically EXACTLY what you want in a plumber. He was really nice and explained everything to me in layman's terms which I really appreciate. He also made recommendations on additional services I may want to consider because of the system I have, tips on how to maintain it, and gave me an honest breakdown of what Moon Valley could and couldn't do for me, which is super impactful. I will certainly be using Moon Valley Plumbing again due to my first and only experience with Alex thus far. Quality work, respectful and knowledgeable employees, timely, affordable service? All found with Moon Valley!
