Tried for 2 months to make an appointment. Kept getting referred elsewhere even when I was adamant that I wanted to make an appointment with them. Phone calls were never returned. Absolutely one of the most unprofessional companies that I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with.

I believe they’ve had the same receptionist for years because years ago I called to ask for information & she answered with attitude- quick to hang up. Up to now, I went in to ask about a program & she had the same attitude when I asked for help. She sent me to ask back & forth around the place just so the staff could lead me back to her cuz it was her job? I’m not blaming the staff just receptionist, Her attitude can improve maybe get help from the therapists there if possible.

I called in to put my son un a headstart program and the Lady was giving me a phone number to a diferent location , By the way she was saying it too fast And I told her I didnt get the number can I get it again and she was like \okay okay bye\ How Rude.
