Dr Lipovitch is an incredible vet. Insightful, helpful and calm. He always answers our questions and helps us feel confident in our care for our animals. Unlike other vets we've tried over the years that think the worst and jump to conclusions, he takes time to find out what's really going on. We've been coming to this clinic for several years. Prices are good as well.

We searched all over for a reasonable, caring vet. We have a host of rescue animals. Our dog loves coming for her annual check(probably because they tell her how cute she is). Even our most skittish cat was treated calmly and gently. I like that options, cost, and time frames are presented up front and honestly. Btw, the tail is wagging so fast you can't see it!

I wish I could rate the veterinary care and front office staff separately. The veterinarian I saw was wonderful! Caring, compassionate, and knowledgeable, and even knew a great deal about a rather rare condition one of my pets has. I would give her 5 stars! Sadly, the front office staff is quite the opposite. Not once when I've called has anyone actually answered the phone! I finally scheduled my first visit online after multiple unanswered calls, followed up with voicemails that were never returned. I was supposed to receive a confirmation call within 24 hours, so when that didn't happen, I called to confirm, and AGAIN, no answer. When I arrived for my scheduled appointment, there was no appointment on their books (but no one had bothered to return my call to let me know that was the case.) By now, I was very skeptical, but the practice had been recommended by several people, so I rescheduled at that time, and returned the next week. Since then, I had to call to check with the vet about a specific medication that we had discussed at my visit. The person who took my call didn't seem to comprehend my question, THEN actually offered medical advice. Stunned, I asked, \Are you a vet?\ At that point, she asked me to hold while she checked with the vet. I am appalled that such a wonderful vet is \supported\ by such negligible office staff.
