I call this company because they had great reviews and now i am less then satisfied. I scheduled them to come out and clean the carpets, a day before moving into my new home. Asked them several questions about how it all work and if they would be able to get the pet odors out, let behind by the previous owners. The man i spoke with assured me they would be able to take care of that issue for me. To my dismay, when i arrived the next day to move everything into my home i could still smell the pet odors and the carpet itself was still full of pet hair. It didn't look as though anything had been done in my opinion, so i broke out with my vacuum cleaner and ended filling it up with dirt and pet hair in just the living room alone. NOT VERY HAPPY with this service. I paid 200 for nothing. When i contacted the company about it 4 days later cause i was busy moving ect...they said why didn't you call us sooner! Um i don't know...moving into a new house isn't time consuming or anything. They said they would talk with the tech that came to my home and get back with me. Well it's been a week and haven't heard back from anyone! Just now i called them and asked for my money back, he said he would talk with his boss and get back to me next week. If they refund my money i will remove this post!
I called and set up an appointment right away and they were accomodating which I appreciated. The technician came and explained the process and that I would be happy with the outcome. I had 3 rooms done and one of the rooms was extremely dirty and he said it would not be a problem and to my surprise it really did come out great. I am extremely happy and will not hesitate to use them again. The tech was very good and helpful and got right to work which I appreciated. The cleaner has a nice smell to it as well. Gloria
I love Rugs and carpets especially when I have these in my home to improve the decoration of my home. I used different sized and colored carpets for my home interior and I love to have this and to change it with the passage of time that always provide a great look to my home and my friends always love to come to me and spend their precious time at my home due the beauty of the carpets I used in my home with the best interior. Do you also one of those people who love to have carpet rugs in your home? If your answer is yes, I love to see the pictures of your interior how you decorate your bedrooms, Dining rooms, drawing rooms and the other areas of your home.
Very happy to support a family owned and operated and local! Eco-friendly business.They were prompt, professional and did a thorough cleaning of our wool area rug as well as the well-loved sofa. Wish I had taken some before and after photos to share here. As promised, both items were dry within two hours and I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome.I will gladly use this service in the future and happy to give them my endorsement here.
