Paradise Valley Septic Services is absolutely the best! The service they provide is outstanding from calling to schedule an appointment to the service at your home. We had a stubborn septic tank issue and our service tech, Butch, worked well into the evening to resolve it. I highly recommend Paradise Valley Septic Services!

Used company to pump out septic tank. Tech was friendly, courteous, professional, and capable. Provided education on system. Pointed out concerns and suggested remedies. Price seemed a bit high, but worth the work. Will use again.
I do not have the right words to convey how great this company was to me. Selling a home is so very stressful, selling an old home is stress on steroids. But thanks to companies like Paradise Valley Septic Services, I was able to get my inspection done fast (even though there was a current high demand because of the crazy real estate market right now and every other company I called was unavailable). Then when they came out Vince was so professional and articulate. What needed to be fixed we got fixed and I didn't feel like anyone was a salesman trying to just get more money out of me. That shows they are honest! When it came time to get my report Rita was incredible at speeding up the report delivery to my real estate agent. When I was confused about what they did, their manager described everything with patience and professionalism. I am so very thankful for your incredible professionalism and I highly recommend them over other companies, based on them making their customers needs a priority alone and getting me in on time so I can close early.
Having moved into a home with a septic tank, we didn't know what to do, but when I called Rita at Paradise Septic, I felt so much calmer. From scheduling which was quick and painless, to all of my questions which were numerous, I always felt listened to and taken care of. On the day of, Jerry showed up on time and was the ultimate professional, not only answering all my questions (trust me people, I had a lot of them) but also helped us with some plans we have moving forward with the system. We appreciated everything they did for us and had a great experience.
Great company!! We needed our septic pumped, they got us scheduled within 2 days!!! Well priced!!! Jose G. was wonderful!!!!!!! He had great customer service and was able to answer all questions we had. All around great experience!!!!!
