This location is great. The prices are great. I've been to another location and they over charged and lied to me. But this location was great. I will be back!!!
I already gave penske 4 stars for a review but after my experience I just had I absolutely had to come back on here to leave a comment and change my 4 stars to 5 stars!! I'm moving from AZ to WI. My fiancee and I left Thursday and everything's gone great so far! All of a sudden though we had just left springfield missouri and my fiancee felt that the trailer felt weird, we also heard some weird noises, and all of a sudden I seen smoke coming from the tire area on the trailer. We pulled over to discover that the tire was angeled and was partially broken off the axel. My fiance immediately called the penske 24/7 road side assistance. Rick is the gentlemen that he spoke to that helped us get a tow truck driver to bring a new trailer and to pick up the busted trailer all in about an hr and a half. Rick was absolutely amazing and helpful. The tow truck driver was also absolutely amazing as well. He helped my fiancee every step of the way getting our car off the broken trailer and onto the new one and then sent us on our way before even getting the broken trailer on his truck so we could get back on the road ASAP! I am SO greatful to penske and there amazing insurance and for making this process as smooth and easy as possible. Thank you to penske, Rick, and our tow truck driver we can't thank you enough for all your help!
Forget using U-Haul. Penske and their employees know how to run a business/company. Their fleet is clean, their employees are so professional and courteous, their facilities are TOP NOTCH, and you can't beat their pricing. I'll be using them for all my large truck needs. Keep up the great work.
