We had a nearly 1,900 square feet of worn carpet that needed to be replaced. We weren't sure about what we wanted, hardwoods, tile, carpet, vinyl. The team from Phoenix Flooring helped us navigate a sea of materials to come up with our best choice. Then the installed it on time and at the price they quoted. On top of it, the entire team was friendly and responsive. Incredibly happy with our decision.

Top quality flooring with superb customer service. Throughout the selection process, Julie took the time to explain the various options, providing real samples to help me envision the finished product. She was also flexible with installation dates. During installation, Raphael was time-efficient and very clean. I really appreciate that he placed butcher paper on my floors to help protect them from dirt picked up on shoes coming in from outside. It's the little things that set this company apart. My only regret is that I didn't replace the carpet sooner! Thanks again to Julie and the install crew. Highly recommend.
