I'm sure it's hard to live up to the title of America's Best pizza, but my last visit wasn't quite right. For some reason I think the pizzas I get at the Scottsdale location are better, but the ambiance at the downtown location can't be beat

Have wanted to eat here for years & finally made it! Was not disappointed! Pizza was excellent - had half Rosa and half Wiseguy. So good! Crust was crunchy with a perfect chew. Interesting beer & wine selections. Great service

Had a great time visiting with a friend here! We ordered and shared 2 amazing pizzas, one topped with arugula and a sausage with peppers. Delicious, chewy, cheesy, everything I love in a pizza. We sat outside, the weather was perfect, and the staff was very friendly and attentive. Upon leaving, I ordered 2 more pizzas to go and told her I was driving 5 hours to get home. Our server explained all the options, but that the best option for me was a par-baked pizza. After I put in the order, she returned telling me they needed to make more dough before they could make my To Go order--it would take about 30 mins and we were welcome to continue to stay at our table or walk around the local area if we wanted to do so. We opted to walk around while we waited. The local area has some historic buildings and the weather was lovely. We finished our walk and sat down at a nearby bench--about 20-25 mins after placing the To Go order. Our server saw us and brought the food out to us without us even letter her know we had returned. The To Go bag separated the arugula in its own container so it wouldn't wilt, and she even included extra peppers. Highly recommended if you're in the area. We arrived in the morning so it was relatively calm and quiet, but I can see it being a busy area later in the day.

The outdoor seating has a nice comfortable ambiance. The service was excellent and the pizza obviously make from top notch ingredients and delicious. Check the menu carefully, the no tomato (white) pizzas are at the bottom of the list, and tomato based at the top. Some pictures on the menu might be helpful.

The best pizza I've had in Arizona, so light and crispy with the perfect amount of char! All of the pizzas are delicious, but our favorites are Wise Guy and Biancoverde! The location is so quaint and cute. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I always park in the Heritage Square Garage and they validate. The perfect lunch/dinner date!
