Okay so this may be jaded somewhat but I was over 2 months behind on my storage payments and was in danger of losing my unit due to defaulting on my payments......BUT thanks to PAM (an employee at this location) I was able to save my unit and not lose any of my possessions. She made working with the front-end people a breeze and a \Welcomed Pleasure\, diffusing any problems and ridding me of any stress. Pam has a sweet disposition and is easy with a smile and a hello. I'm happy to be renting there with employees like Pam. Others should take notes on how to employ wonderful \customer service\.

Great location and super helpful front desk.
I have rented a storage unit at this location for two years, with the former owners, Cubesmart. While I was out of the country on business, this location was purchased by Prime Storage. They promptly raised my rate from 78 month, to 118 a month. 40% percent increase, in the middle of a pandemic, is nothing short of inhuman. I plan to give notice and relocate as soon as I can do so safely. Prime Storage is a horrible company, on just ethics alone.
This was a great experience. Rebecca really went above and beyond to be courteous and friendly. It was stress free and simple to get set up and the place feels very safe.
