Great pool ideas and excellent customer service. UPDATE: Our pool has been in place for just about 60 days and things are still great. The follow up and final touches confirms my 5 star rating.

Buyer Beware! I am sure that Rondo Pools has some good sales people and designers. I hope the one I dealt with was new and inexperienced. Several mistakes were made on a proposal then added later and increased the original cost by well over 6 thousand dollars! Read your contract very carefully and ask for an itemized price list, I asked for one but the salesman would not give me one. A promise was made in order to keep my business, when it came time to honor that promise...it was refused. This salesman lost a 32k to 33k job over approximately 500....That's bad business folks! I have since found a company that did give an itemized price list and didn't make any \mistakes\ On their proposal. I'm sure Rondo builds a nice pool, just be very careful with the sales and contract aspect of it.
Had a representative call me back after sometime, I realize it is a busy time for pool companies but after that call, I left numerous messages and never heard back. When I called the office to explain I was interested in a quote and never received a call back, she let me know a manager would get back to me. Never got a call. If they are to busy a call would still be professional.
Worked with Bryan in designing the pool, and Kevin, the owner of Rondo Pools. A bad review I saw inspired me to write my own. First off, Kevin is a genuinely good guy, and a hands on owner. Bryan, also a good guy, and there was no part of this huge project that they weren't clear on with me, whether it involved cost, estimated time to complete, or what they could deliver on. The 3D rendering video they sent me wasn't just close to what we wanted in real life, it's was exactly right, and the final built product was a perfect match too. I'm huge on geometric architecture, and symmetry, and they perfectly delivered on both. A mechanical problem occurred, and they were here the next day to fix it. They are very accommodating, they're fair, and I believe they are the place to hire if you want an amazing job done. We originally had them, and Cal Pools give us mock-ups and bids, and during the beginning stages, it became obvious Rondo were the ones that returned every call, explained every detail, and acted like true professionals.
