First I would like to start off and say that Sam's Auto Body and Paint is the best craftsmanship in the trade. It is a high quality body shop, quality work and attention to detail. They do not disappoint!! My husband and I brought my 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT8 to get painted. We met Sam and Mark and Mark looked over the Jeep and explained what our options where. We decided to go ahead with it and left them the Jeep to paint. Two days later Mark called us and wanted us to come down to look at what he had discovered. The Jeep had been painted then clear coated, painted again and clear coated and one more time the same painted and clear coated. We could not believe this was sold to us brand new and this was like that. Mark was great and let us know he had to paint the whole truck down to the metal to make it look like new again. He assured us we would definitely be happy with it when it was complete. I got to say my truck was a nightmare but believed in him that he would do an awesome job. We picked the car up the day before Xmas eve and when I saw it I cried that's how beautiful it was. Better than showroom new! They went above and beyond to get this car perfect!! I cannot say enough about how happy and impressed I am with my experience with Sam and Mark. They are the real deal!! The results where outstanding!! I highly recommend this shop and rate it the best body shop and paint in Arizona. I am so grateful that I had the opportunity to do business with them and make my Jeep look brand new again! I keep my autos until the wheels fall off. Sam's Auto Body painted my 98 Dodge Ram many years ago and offered lifetime warranty on the paint. Several years after that, Mark saw my truck one day and noticed some of the paint was starting to fade. Sam's Auto Body (true to their word) repainted my truck for FREE ! Completely disassembled the truck so there is absolutely no over spray. They have performed body work on our shop vans, my wife's as well as my daughter's car. I'm no stranger to the auto business, have lived in the valley over 30 years. This is probably some of the best body work I have ever seen. (Mainly because you cannot tell they have had body work) - except for my truck which didn't look this good on the day I purchased it brand new in 1998. I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for a high quality body shop...
The people at Sam’s were so amazing. They were professional and did amazing work on my car. I had body work and painting done, and they were on time with the repairs. Truly an amazing experience. I’ll definitely go back to them if I ever need work done again.
They did a fantastic paint job and had to work with the color a bit to match the fading 15 year old paint job as best they could. It came out amazing. They are amazing, they assisted me with replacing the old bumper and provided me a few new clips as well. Sam is a very nice guy and truly has his customers best interest at heart. Definitely go here if you have ANY auto needs. If he cant do it he knows a guy that can!
